Job Overview

Prepare and monitor schedule of promotion strategies online in social media and in print media. Coordinate and supervise staff engaged in design and implementation of promotional strategies.

Additional Details

Full Time, Permanent Position.
Salary - $31/hr.
Job responsibilities: Coordinate with various service providers to meet day to day advertising, marketing, canvassing, and promotional activities. Assess and prioritize real estate projects to be promoted. Review and provide input into the promotional materials such as flyer, brochures, newsletter, blog, and other materials posted on line. Prepare and monitor schedule of promotion strategies online in social media and in print media. Ensure delivery and distribution of promotional material in timely manner.

Organize information sessions, open house, and other events to provide information about upcoming real estate projects. Prepare work schedule and provide input into the budget. Seek approval from provincial and federal government where required to promote services.

Prepare and submit reports to management to get effective results. Coordinate and supervise staff engaged in design and implementation of promotional strategies. Explore options and implement strategic plan to promote eBusinesses. Plan, organize, design and evaluate the development and maintenance of internet site and social media website to market and promote business.

Education / Experience

Successful candidate must have completion of college diploma and relevant experience of 1 year to less than 2 years. Self-motivated and work well in a team environment.
