As our company continues to flourish, we are expanding our Customer Service department in the role of a Customer Service Representative. As part of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for being the main point of contact between customers and global partners by developing and growing our customer base, enhancing relationships and bringing innovative ideas to our team.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Hours: Monday-Friday
Compensation: Highly competitive hourly wage, paid weekly – only discussed in an interview
Responsibilities:

Updating client database with the appropriate customer profiles

Form ongoing, professional relationships with customers

Uphold the high standards of the company on behalf of clients

Provide excellent in-person customer/client service

Attendance at mandatory training and board meetings

Build rapport through meaningful conversations

Participating in all client-related events

Form ongoing, professional relationships with customers

Taking initiative to learn industry trends and improve personal skill sets

Contribute to a positive and driven work environment


Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent work experience

Effective communication skills

Exceptional customer service and organization skills

Ability to multi-task and work in a paced pace work environment

Ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities

Exemplary written and verbal communication skills

Strong ability to work independently as well as on a team

Personable, professional demeanor


Compensation:

Competitive hourly wage-paid weekly (to be discussed in an interview)
