The key functions of the role include (but not limited to) :
We seek an individual with the following qualities
Basic Qualifications :

Preferably Min. 1 year experience in accounting data entry

Strong communication skills

Areas of Responsibility Related with Job Description :

Able to work regularly on daily basis

Accounting and Logistics/Warehousing related responsibilities

Accounting Related Duties :

Fully Able to learn/use/manage SAGE Accounting Program

Keep all accounting related documents in related folders (in hard copy & in computer)

Able to control and verify all Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable related invoices

Logistics Related Duties :

Fully Able to manage Logistics operation

Keep all records of quotations, rates, confirmations and agreed terms

Monitor and tracking all incoming shipments (ocean, air, inland)

Provide on time dispatch instructions to agents and vendors

Managing Local & Ocean Transportation to Customers & Warehouses

Managing the Customs Clearance

Keeping the track of Inventory Stock Level of all warehouse

Managing all the process in shipping in / out of stocks in and from the warehouses

Location: Toronto, Ontario
Corporate Support: Experienced & Strong management leadership.
Education: Prefer four year business or technical degree
