F/T, Permanent position. Salary: $23.00 Hourly, for 40.00 Hours per week. Anticipated Start Date: 2018/6/1. Location: Mississauga, Ontario (1 vacancy).
Supervise and coordinate the activities of front desk including check in and out, invoicing, special accommodation arrangements; Provide support to internal staff and external customer base; Maintain customer database, collect feedback, and communicate to management; Organize and coordinate customer meetings and events; Coordinate arrangements such as air, and car accommodations as required for business purposes; Maintain schedule for front desk and housekeeping work units; Assemble financial information for budgeting purposes; Make inventory of office and housekeeping supplies and generate reports; Supervise and monitor the performance of staff; Ensure proper operation of front desk and business office equipment’s; Resolve issues, if any and strengthen customer relationships
