The role will include the responsibilities outlined below:
Attend pre-settlements inspections with clients and agents including documentation of meetings.
Schedule meetings and set timeframes for completion of maintenance and defect works.
Manage the company's defect warranty and liability periods.
Manage defect resolution process with the construction team.
Manage the company's building link platform.
Inspection of completed works to ensure compliance with standards.
Allocate resources to ensure that all maintenance work is completed on time and to a set level of quality.
Complete periodic reporting on QA and Defects for management.
Organise and plan all maintenance work and follow up accordingly.
Undertake Quality Assurance Inspections and Audits on current projects.
