Travel Consultant, Entry Level (1 Year Contract)

Additional Details

Travel Consultant, Entry Level (1 Year Contract)
Responsibilities:

Provide travel counseling support for travel to loyalty cardholders in an inbound call centre

Maintain a high level of customer service

Support callers with questions or inquiries about online bookings (processes, navigation, etc.)

Provide services based on client loyalty program rules and regulations

Flexible to work various shifts (weekends, evenings etc.,)

Must be available to start February 12, 2018

$15.00 per hour

1 year flex-time contract (February 12, 2018– February 11, 2019)

2 weeks of vacation
