The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager with creating a sales focused environment to achieve a unique customer buying experience. You will support the training and coaching of our Sales Consultants to help foster a supportive team environment that works together to achieve store sales objectives.

• Previous experience in sales and customer service
• Previous experience in a leadership role within a retail environment preferred
• High school education or equivalent
• Good math and computer skills
• Have availability and flexibility to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays to meet the needs of the business.
