Assistant Installation Manager - London Ontario Installation Department Salary Full-Time

We are the largest gutter protection company in the country and we are seeking an Assistant Project Manager for our London Ontario office. Our company specializes in the gutter and gutter protection industry. This is a full-time position and candidates must have 3-5 years of residential construction management experience. You will be expected to assist the Project Manager with running the installation side of the business and we are looking for a highly motivated individual who wants to start an exciting career.

The position will require the individual to:

Hire sub-contractors and train them on installation procedures.

Perform day to day paperwork, including working with a computer and logging in data.

Perform service calls with professionalism and great customer service.

Inventory Control for the store and installers.

Measure gutter, soffit and fascia jobs when the need arises

Assist in processing payroll for subcontract installers on a weekly basis


This is a full-time salary position (compensation based on experience), company paid gas card, monthly truck allowance and medical benefits after 90-days of employment.

Our ideal candidate will have the following requirements:


Must have a truck or van

Must have a valid driver’s license

Must own a laptop computer and work with excel, word
Must have 3-5 years of residential construction experience

Must have managed others in some capacity
