F/T, Permanent Position. Salary $ 52.88/hr. Seeking a qualified person who can develop and establish objectives for the business. Create the strategy to implement tasks to achieve goals. Direct all manufacturing and operations functions in support of the company's strategic and annual growth plans. Formulate the engineering policies to do business Improvements following project management methodologies. Conduct planning, designing and business analysis to control business operating risks. Review, evaluate and analyse the engineering data for fabrication of custom door and window products. Allocate resources to implement business development goals and control financial risks. Establish and maintain relationships with different departments inside and outside the Company. Represent the organization in meetings with legislative authorities.

Job Qualifications

The position requires a business leader with both a strategic and an operations mindset including the ability to proactively identify potential growth opportunities for the company.

-Design & manage the continuous improvement of the processes and resources that convert inputs into finished goods. Ensure that this conversion occurs at the lowest possible cost while meeting increasing customer expectations in terms of quality and delivery.

Education / Experience

Job requirements / skill sets:
Successful candidate must have completion of university degree and relevant experience of 5 years to less than 7 years; self-motivated and work well in a team environment.
