Permanent full time position; Salary: $14.00 Hourly, for 40.00 Hours per week. Coordinate and supervise the tasks of staff engaged in the kitchen; Coordinate with catering clients. Supervise and schedule staff who prepare, portions and serve food; Provide estimate and complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies; Oversee the operations of kitchen; Ensure have an understanding of preparing different meals and snacks; Ensure supplies and raw material is always available to meet the restaurant and catering orders; Establish back up plan in case of staff absenteeism to meet work schedules; Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage; Supervise and train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures; Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards; Identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings.
