F/T, Permanent Position. Salary $ 25/hr. Seeking a qualified person coordinate with various suppliers and manage administrative services. Oversee operational activities in the office and at the workshop. Schedule appointments with customers and track job orders. Maintain office ensuring safety and security of equipments and customer files. Conduct pre-assessment of repair and direct to technicians. Prepare and administer services including estimates, invoicing, and warranties. Ongoing coordination with customers till repairs as identified in quote is completed. Key in technical specification of parts and prepare correspondence to communicate with customer, suppliers, and dealers. Prepare and submit reports to management on the outcome of services rendered. Arrange cleaners and work with government agencies to schedule pick up for waste oils and other hazardous material.

Education / Experience

Successful candidate must have completion of High school and relevant experience of 1 year to less than 2 years; Knowledge of truck parts and hazardous material is an asset; self-motivated and work well in a team environment.
