Break Press Operator Brampton

We are currently seeking hard working, experienced, energetic individuals to join our client’s (Aluminum Fabricating Industry) team in the Brampton area around Airport road.

This opportunity is long term with the goal of becoming permanent. Paying $20-25 an hour

Essential duties:
Ability to prepare and run complex bend setups and forming operations. This includes custom punch / die modification used in combination with other tooling (either standard or custom). Complex programming using all features of the press brake. E.g. bending at angles, step bends, proper back gauge transfer between steps, delays etc.
Must have full understanding of print reading and geometric tolerances and how they relate to the finished part.
Ability to work well with others in a leadership environment
Ability to properly classify capability levels of Personnel within the department allowing proper division of work flow
Required experience/ abilities:
5-10 years experience running and programming a brake press
Strong math ability
Experience with DELEM controller/software
Physically capable of lifting 40 to 50lbs
Experience with Aluminum fabricating would be an asset
Experience with punch press and shears would also be an asset

Days of work: Monday-Friday
Salary Range: $20-25 an hour
