Reail Sales Manager

As a Sales Coach your focus is on your team, ensuring that they have the understanding, skills and resources to deliver upon the business objectives. In a performance driven culture your mandate is to lead the execution of the Customer Service Strategy to deliver results. You appreciate that teamwork is the culmination of individual efforts against a common goal.

Analyze available reports and metrics to understand the business and develop short and long term action plans that address opportunities and positively impact the business

Create and maintain teamwork and collaboration to meet and exceed department goals

Build and execute development plans to drive optimal performance for all direct reports

Leverage and coach Retail Sales Associates on product knowledge as a differentiating factor in the selling process


Qualifications:

5+ Years previous Sales/Sales Management experience

Minimum High School Diploma

Bilingual: English and French (spoken and written) - Obligatory in Quebec, and preferred across Canada.

Demonstrated customer focus

Exceptional communication and motivational skills

Ability to translate behaviours into an enhanced service experience
