(Inbound/Outbound Telesales – Business to Consumers)
Description
We are currently seeking qualified individuals for the position of Customer Service Representative This is a revenue-generating role working to quota to convert prospects into customers in a Business to Consumer environment. Calls are primarily Inbound with an outbound call back component. Selling is generally scripted with emphasis on consultation.
In this permanent full-time role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and soft selling and up-selling a world-class product to the US market place. Responsibilities include: payment processing, up-selling and all forms of customer service negotiation and problem-solving.
As a member of our team, you will leverage the value of product information through direct customer contact across the US in order to promote our Client’s services.
The successful candidate will posses the unique combination of rapport-building, presentation skills and experience required to quickly gather information, identify specific needs of potential customers and educate them on product features offering the most value for their investment
Qualifications:
Full fluency in American English oral and written, with complete comfort dealing with customers across the United States with many varied accents,
Ability to work non-traditional work week. Permanent positions, 7 days per week Monday to Sunday between 8 am and 12 am (midnight)
Minimum of 6 months of inbound, soft selling and up-selling customer service experience
Ability to type 30 WPM,
Superior spelling and data entry skills, including comfort with American Geography
Comfort with computer navigation
Proven discipline, dependability, consistency, superior customer-focus, and extreme flexibility toward scope and breadth of role.
