Job Overview
Set up and operate the Haas and DMG machines to ensure orders are completed in advance of the scheduled deadline. This involves setting up and performing daily maintenance and operation to ensure quality and productivity standards are maintained.
Additional Details
Work directly with Milling Manager to ensure orders are processed in accordance with daily production schedule. Finished product is transferred to next work area and completed units are recorded. Inspect machines regularly and notify Milling Manager and maintenance department of equipment repairs.
Shift work:
1:00 pm to 9:00 pm Monday to Friday
Rotating weekends required

Job Qualifications
Programming, set up and operation of CNC machines
Strong understanding of ISO 9000 and ISO 13485
Knowledge of MS Office and WHMIS
Education / Experience
CNC Operator or Machinist diploma from Technical school or 2-3 work experience.
