Training

donorworx trainers work with the fundraising team to provide the necessary educational resources and communication tools required to become successful fundraisers.
Each new recruit undertakes a 3-Step training program that consists of (1) Online Orientation, (2) full day of face-to-face training and (3) field training toensure the highest quality of face-to-face fundraising.
All of our trainers have been overseas and have first hand knowledge of the sponsorship programs and benefits to the children and communities they serve.

Compensation

Ambassador
Ambassadors earn $17.00/hour and are paid for training. donorworx encourages teamwork and rewards overall team performance through regular team incentive programs and meetings.

Team Leader
Additionally to the full day of fundraiser orientation, team leaders will receive a half day of classroom team leader training. Team Leaders will be supported throughout the campaign by a Campaign Field Manager and earn $20.00/hour. All Team Leaders begin as Ambassadors; promotion to a Team Leader position occurs only after having success in an Ambassador role.

Ambassador and Team Leader Job Details

Position Title: World Vision Canada Ambassador / Team Leader
Rate of Pay: $17.00 per hour / $20.00 per hour
Weekly Hours: 15-25 hrs/week / 25-35 hrs/week
