EDM Operator

Location: Calgary, Alberta

Established in Calgary, Alberta in 1986, we are a high-tech, custom/precision machine shop located in the Foothills Industrial Area.

About this position:
Programming, setups and operation of the wire and sinker EDM equipment.

Ability to operate Fanuc controls.

Inspect and evaluate finished products for conformity to specifications.

Program Wire EDM with Mastercam

CNC experience would be an asset

Mold and Tool making as asset


Candidate Requirements:

Interpret blueprints and good understanding of geometric tolerancing.

Ability to program, set-up and operate EDM machinery.

Ability to collaborate with team members and various departments.

Must be comfortable in a fast paced organization and able to work within tight deadlines.

Complete all required paperwork.

Maintain clean work environment

Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery.

Other duties as required.
