Customer Service Representative


In this permanent full-time role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in a world-class contact centre environment while fulfilling a wide range of inbound service responsibilities including: billing, payment processing, collections, all forms of customer service negotiation and problem-solving.

If you hold:


Stellar oral & written English communication skills,
Minimum of 1 year inbound customer service experience (preference given to candidates with utility, finance, and/or insurance exposure),
Ability to type 30 WPM,
Superior math and spelling skills,
Comfort with computers and CRM technology, and
Proven discipline, dependability, consistency, superior customer-focus, and extreme flexibility toward scope and breadth of role.

• Permanent positions offering 5 shifts per week Monday to Saturday between 8 and 5 pm
• Competitive minimum base compensation, and
• Progressive hourly performance pay eligibility based upon tenure and performance after successful completion of training & certification,
