Electronic Data Interchange Developer

• Foresight/Tibco application experience is a must
• X.12, EDIFACT, XML, CMI, xCBL, and papiNET mapping. Transaction sets used: 850, 855, 860, 856, 810, 812, 820, 823, 824, 830, 875, 880, 210, 404, 945, and 997.
• Solid experience with configuration and troubleshooting of communication protocols including FTP, AS2, AS1, CONNECT:Direct, POP3, SMTP, Synch and Asynch.

• Detailed experience mapping ANSI X.12 formats 810, 821, 822, 823, 830, 834, 850, 855, 856, 860, 865, and 997 for multiple versions as well as Oracle, BAAN and Fourthshift formats and some experience in SAP IDOCs
• experience in the design, building, implementation, and/or support of EDI solutions.
• Strong experience in EDI applications utilizing GENTRAN Integration Suite (GIS), GENTRAN:Server for NT, GENTRAN:Director, GENTRAN Application Integration,
• GENTRAN Forms Integration, and CONNECT:Direct
• Databases - SQL Server, Access, Oracle
• EDI/eCommerce - GENTRAN:Server for NT 3.1/3.2.02, GENTRAN:Director 3.2.1/5.1.2,
• GENTRAN mapping, VANs, GENTRAN Integration Suite, ANSI X.12 formats, EDIFACT,
• Communications protocols - AS1, AS2, TCP/IP, FTP, SMTP, POP3
• Projects have included EDI analysis, mapping, implementation, and system support, utilizing a variety of translator packages
• Excellent knowledge of EDI standards, including ANSI X12, Edifact and Tradacoms
• Experience with GIS, GENTRAN NT, GENTRAN Workstation, GENTRAN Director, Inovis TLE for NT, Inovis TLE for Unix, Inovis TLW, SPS Commerce and Extol translation software
• Experience with SQL and Oracle databases, including ODBC mapping
• Experience with various applications and formats, including XML, SAP, TMW, BPICS, SyteLine, WDS and JDE
• Experience with many transaction sets, including 204, 210, 214, 270, 271, 276, 277, 278, 810, 820, 824, 830, 834, 835, 837, 850, 855, 856, 860, 862, 865 and 990
