Position: Industrial Motor Sales Rep (Automation)
MUST HAVE experience in sales of Industrial Motors to be considered for this role.
Responsible for large motor sales in Alberta.
Monthly forecasting of sales
Follow-up customer opportunities.
Meet sales targets established yearly.
Present lunch & learn technical presentations to OEM's, Engineering Consultants, and end customers.
Responsible for customer satisfaction (building relationships and trust).
Manage overall communication with customers and within Our Company
Drive growth and profitability
Identify and understand the customer fit with Our Company (clearly identify the value proposition to each account / opportunity).
Build relationship and influence with customer at all levels including the senior "non-technical" levels.
Endeavour to get our products approved on customer vendor lists.
Evaluate products to meet customer's technical requirements and specifications.
Experience with motors and or rotating equipment.
Bachelor's of Science Degree in engineering or technical diploma. (University or College education in related Electrical studies).
Will consider direct experience in lieu of education.
Must have sales experience
Must be comfortable with matrix style organizations
Must have great communication skills both oral & written
Willing to travel
