Position: District Mgr (Multi-Unit/Multi-Site)

MUST HAVE Multi-Unit/Multi-Site experience to be considered.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to
Implementing corporate strategy within the district.
Communicating and implementing company goals, values, strategies and policies.
Setting measurable goals and objectives
Delegating secondary responsibilities to Store Managers
Teaching and training within the district.
Coordinating recruitment of tellers and managers
Measuring performance and recognizing achievements
Administering day to day operations within the district which may include:
Monitoring controllable expenses
Supervising timely and accurate accounting and reporting
Controlling and managing company inventories
Developing business within the district.
Conducting regular District Manager meetings.
Skills and experience necessary for this position include:
Bachelors Degree or College Diploma strongly desired
2 or more years practical management experience
Experience managing a P&L
Strong analytical skills
Advanced communication and leadership skills
Ability to work within a budget
