Regional Manager, Ontario - This position is based out of our Milton, Ontario office

Our organization is hiring for a Regional Manager, Ontario position. Reporting to the Vice President, Services and based out of Milton, Ontario, this position is responsible for the administration and efficient operation of the Ontario region. Key responsibilities include development of annual business plans, business development & sales, delivery of products and services, customer service and finance and human resource management. As a business leader for the region, the successful incumbent would be responsible for coaching and managing a team to achieve desired business results

The following are the qualifications:



5 to 7 years’ experience in a general management role preferably as a General Manager or Regional Manager
Progressive sales experience; experienced in identifying and executing on new revenue generating business opportunities
Strong presentation skills, ability to build and present business presentations to all levels within an organization
Strong negotiation skills, ability to complete RFP’s and negotiate business contracts
Strong leadership skills, ability to build and manage a team to deliver business results
Strong business acumen with experience in strategic planning, financial management and human resources management
Professional Engineer designation or Welding Technician/Technologist is considered an asset
Solid technical background and knowledge of the welding and joining industry and quality management systems
Experience in certification training or quality management services is considered an asset
Computer proficiency in MS Office, Internet and other applications, ability to leverage technology to deliver results is an asset
